A website is software, not a printed brochure. Certificates expire, dependencies get security patches, hosting configurations drift, and contact forms quietly stop delivering. Most businesses only discover a problem when a customer tells them — or when they notice the enquiries stopped weeks ago.
Website Care exists so that does not happen. We keep the site hosted and secure, monitor that it is actually up, test that your forms still arrive, and fix the technical things that break without you having to notice them first.

What counts as a minor change
Updating opening hours, swapping a phone number, replacing an image, correcting copy, adding a service to an existing list, or updating prices on a page that already exists — anything that fits comfortably inside 30 minutes.
What sits outside it
New pages, redesigns and new functionality are quoted separately. Unused monthly time does not roll over. Need something different? Contact us for a custom quote.
Is it compulsory?
No. Website Care is optional unless another agreement specifically requires it. If you take Local SEO Foundation for an Eleviq-built website, Care may be included there instead of charging a second monthly fee.
